Role Description:
Manage and develop relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
Conduct the B2B sales process from prospecting, presenting, and negotiating to closing deals.
Identify customer needs and offer solutions that match the company’s products or services.
Manage the sales pipeline, monitor the progress of each prospect, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market developments and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure optimal service for clients.
Perform active follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and open new business opportunities
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Marketing, or Communication.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and able to build long-term relationships with customers.
Understand B2B sales processes and customer requirement flows.
Able to manage a sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
Role Description:
Develop production plans and schedules based on forecasts and production capacity.
Control material, WIP (Work in Process), and finished goods inventory according to requirements.
Perform material requirements analysis (MRP) and ensure timely material availability.
Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production performance and prepare reports related to production and inventory.
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Understand production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
Able to operate Excel/Google Sheets and production planning software.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under deadlines.
Role Description
- Responsible for ensuring that the production process runs in accordance with quality, quantity, and safety standards.
- Controls production parameters.
- Ensures that daily production targets are achieved efficiently.
Qualifications
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Understands production planning, manufacturing process flow, and capacity management.
Able to develop and manage production schedules and work schedules.
Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
